Stories start with the writer.
In the wake of theatrical shutdown, DGF has given $1.3 million in immediate financial relief to theater writers for critical needs like rent, utilities, groceries, and medical bills.
Every dollar donated goes directly into the pockets of writers.
From now until Friday, April 16th, your gift to DGF’s Emergency Grants program has double the impact.
Donations for this campaign will be matched, up to $50,000. All funds raised will go directly to writers.
The curtain will soon rise again. As we look to the future together, we celebrate this performance of “Let the Sunshine In,” featuring Tony Nominee Aaron Tveit, Tamika Lawrence, Caissie Levy, and the 2009 Broadway Revival cast of HAIR, written by Gerome Ragni and James Rado, with Composer Galt MacDermot.
