Lauren Kiele DeLeon

Individual Giving & Events Manager

Lauren Kiele DeLeon (she/her) is the Individual Giving & Events Manager at the Dramatists Guild Foundation. Originally from Miami, FL, she brings over a decade of experience in both non-profit administration and professional theatre. Prior to joining DGF, Lauren worked as a consultant with Advance Collaborative, Director of Continuing Education & Engagement at IDC Professionals, an Individual Giving Associate at Manhattan Theatre Club, and the Development Associate at The Lark Play Company.

In addition to her fundraising work, Lauren is a certified Intimacy Director whose credits include Broadway’s Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, Real Women Have Curves, and Beaches. She has instructed intimacy certification courses with IDC and been a professor at universities including NYU, SUNY Purchase, and Sarah Lawrence College.

Lauren holds a BA from SUNY Purchase in Directing and a MA from NYU in Performance Studies. She is so excited to join the DGF team and combine her theatre and development experience at such an important organization!
